- Ruby Group are looking for a Financial Business Intelligence Manager to join an international company located in central London. Are you passionate about systems and process improvement, with a keen focus on finance? If so we have a unique opportunity to join a large finance team. This is a newly created position reporting into the Director of Finance, your responsibilities will be.
Ownership of Prophix System:
Perform all Prophix Administrator functions.
Prepare and manage Prophix for reporting cycles (month end, year-end, and forecasting).
End-to-end management of Prophix, including external provider relationships.
Create and revise reports in Prophix, providing training and support to the business.
Ledger Integrity
Manage ledger coding, ensuring alignment across all systems and processes.
Provide training and support for ledger coding.
Collaborate with Sage X3 System Administrator to ensure system alignment.
Assist in the roll-out of Certify expense system, aligning coding to Sage X3 and Prophix.
Process and System Improvements
Adjust Prophix data input models for changes in activity data.
Aid in transitioning towards profitability reporting.
Provide modelling and solutions within Prophix to support overhead absorption.
Future Reporting Development
Create ad-hoc models in Prophix to support business decisions.
Work closely with IT and change teams on forthcoming projects.
