You will report directly to the Group Finance Director, combining operational and strategic responsibilities across financial reporting, process improvement, and cashflow forecasting. <p><span style="font-size: 12.16px;">In this role, you will supervise a team of three, coaching and developing junior members of the finance team. Oversee monthly and annual reporting, including group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations, coordinate overseas accounting to meet deadlines, and lead the annual audit, budgeting, and reforecasting processes. You will manage cashflow forecasting, payments, and treasury operations, while. You will also be responsible for enhancing internal controls, driving process improvements, implementing finance automation, and ensuring client contracting is timely and accurate.</span></p>
