- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for an experienced Senior Investment Analyst with M&A and Corporate Finance experience based in East London.
The client is willing to offer flexibility to work from home between 1 -3 days per week. They have a team oriented open and honest culture where people collaborate and enjoy working with each other. They are professional and open to new ideas, often looking at ways to create efficiencies while thinking outside of the box to add value.
This is a skills focused role where the job title is less important, it is a corporate finance role with elements of FP&A and the business will wrap the role around the skills of the individual as it is newly created.
The ideal Senior Investment Analyst will possess the following attributes/skills:
• Board reporting
• Investor proposal exposure
• Experience of composing invest packs
• Venture capital experience
• Evaluation of M&A
• Experience of refinancing existing loan facilities (advantageous)
• Experience of ESG reporting from a funders perspective
• IMC or CFA qualification (desirable)
