- Ruby Group are recruiting for a 6 month fixed term opportunity within a well-known brand suitable for an experienced Interim Finance Manager within the restaurant and food industry based in central London. The business is stable and well established and the specific requirements include: Review, consolidate & issue monthly management accounts. Prepare US accounts but this involves reviewing/preparing FNB supplier reconciliations, working with incomplete data & transferring trial balance from Sage into Exchequer Undertake cost centre reviews with budget holders, Balance sheet reconciliations (review & assist). System implementation experience would be beneficial i.e. someone who has worked in a changeable environment. Checking payment runs, balance sheet recs.
