- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent Deputy Finance Shared Service Director for a professional services firm in the City of London.
The business operates in a well organised nature with separate functions that include payroll, credit control, billings and accounts payable. You will have access to a 20% bonus, private healthcare and a pension and be sat within a large finance team of 70+ members of staff.
This is amultifaceted role that will suit a driven individual who is ready to work hard and is keen to lead a large multi-tiered team and develop their career:
· Full oversight and responsibility of a high volume and complex pay and bill process
· Project management skills
· Supplier and vendor management exposure
The ideal Deputy Finance Shared Service Director will possess the following attributes/skills:
· Professional Services or Consultancy background
· Collections, system and process implementations, projects a good general understanding of accountancy
· CIMA, ACMA or ACCA qualified accountant (desirable)
· Prince2 Certification (desirable)
· Project management skills
· Large managed service/shared service background (desirable)
