Ruby Group are looking for a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join a prestigious ftse350 located in East Sussex. This is a newly created role Reporting into the CFO. Your key deliverables will be to supervise a team of three qualified finance analysts. Lead all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and production of management information and performance monitoring. Facilitate the annual strategic planning process and develop a three year financial plan as approved by the board. Deliver Management information to commercial leaders, executives identifying risk and opportunities. Managing the budgeting process including re-forecasting. Translate the financial plan into measurable budgets and target across the business.
The ideal applicant will have a professionally qualification in CIMA or ACCA or ACA, with a minimum of three years post qualified experience. You must have a proven track record managing FP&A / MI and have the ability to produce management reports to deadlines. You must have the ability to communicate at all levels and led teams.
