Group Finance Manager

Ruby Group are looking a Group Finance Manager to join a FTSE100 on a 12 month contract. The position will be reporting and supporting the Group Financial Controller to ensure the effective delivery of financial policy across the group. The contract position will focus on Group reporting under IFRS16 and managing the group team.

The key responsibilities for this role are: -

• Provide financial support to the Group Executive and board.
• Managing group finance reporting requirements including consolidation, management reports and monthly cash flow forecasting
• Ensure group accounting policies and finance manuals are formulated and communicated correctly across the group
• Be the main point of contact for all group accounting in accordance to IFRS and UK GAAP
• Assist the group finance systems team in the day to day efficiency and maintenance of the consolidation system
• Provide extensive support of the IFRS16 software utilised in the EMEA head offices
• Liaise with the external auditors on all aspects of the group audit process

The ideal candidate would be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with extensive experience in a group finance function where you have consolidated multiple entities in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.
