- Ruby Group are recruiting for a 2 day per week Part-Time Permanent opportunity suitable for an experienced In-House Tax professional to work within £40 mn t/o SME gaming wholesale business based in West London.
They have had significant growth over the years trebling in size and they have a hard working supportive family-friendly environment with high working standards. The finance team is made up of about 10 people headed up by a CFO who has been part of the business for over a decade and started there from university!
You will be required to work for 10 – 12 days per month with a focus on; HMRC Tax, Transfer Pricing, Internal Tax reporting and development of controls and compliance from an international perspective.
The ideal head of Tax will possess the following attributes/skills:
- In-house experience within a mid-sized company (preferable)
- BEPS experience (desirable )
- PE management and mitigation (Permanent Establishment) for corporate tax purposes
- Nexus reporting and filing in the USA (particular emphasis on Wayfair developments although as this is new legislation no prior experience is required)
