- Ruby Group are working with a privately held multi-billion pound global firm who have a temporary Senior Head of Treasury vacancy within the Luxury Services industry based in central London.
Founded over 15 years ago they operate in over 180 countries have around 350,000 customers and 5 international offices, they have enjoyed recent success, growth and PE backing.
As Senior Head of Treasury you will be very hands on while helping to supporting direct reports. You will be supporting key treasury initiatives and focusing on standardising bank account management across the Group, identifying opportunities to enhance the control environment and acting as the change agent where processes and behaviours can be improved. Lastly, you will be overseeing day-to-day delivery and building strong relationships with the wider business and corporate teams.
The ideal Head of Treasury will possess the following attributes/skills and background:
At least 3 years’ experience managing treasury for an international company
A growth or start-up background from an entrepreneurial culture
An indifference to hierarchy with a familiarity with executive level interaction
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent
An ACT qualification
Thorough understanding of derivatives, hedging, investments, bank account management, and international fund flows
Advanced skills in SAP / Hyperion accounting programs
Ability to travel internationally when required
