- Ruby Group are recruiting for a central London based Financial Controller to work for a global design firm with several hundred employees
The business is dynamic and well known in their industry and operate in most counties around the world.
The role will be based in their head office in Central London, with occasional travel to the US and will report directly into the Finance Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a global Finance team, with direct reporting responsibility for international Finance Managers.
• The role will involve ownership of all accounting requirements, reporting, processes and controls
• Management of the monthly close process
• Partnering with all areas of the business including FP&A
• Ensuring relevant and timely financial information is produced and circulated
• The role will also involve working closely with external auditors to produce financial statements
The ideal Financial Controller will possess the following attributes/skills:
• Proven track record of developing, coaching and managing teams
• Experience in a fast-moving global environment
• Global financing practices
