- Ruby Group are recruiting for a permanent opportunity suitable for an experienced Finance Manager within the SME commercial sector based in Wolverhampton.
The family-owned business is an outstanding leader in its sector with a 35-year history and a current growth trajectory that will leave room for progression to a Head of Finance and then potentially a Finance Director position within a short space of time. You will be incentivised by a share option scheme with a healthy percentage, flexible working and private healthcare. The office environment is modern, spacious and impressive and the business is highly profitable.
You will be looking after a team of 5, providing support to the leadership, operational teams and staff members. Working to identify opportunities to increase efficiency through the development of information management systems and automation tools.
You will have responsibility for:
- Financial Reporting including P&L, overhead analysis, balance sheet, bank, cash flow, debtors and creditors
- Running Monthly Payroll
- Debtors and Credit Control Invoicing
- Tax & Compliance
- Fleet management
- Systems Development& ERP Migration
The ideal Finance Manager will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Advanced Excel
- Microsoft Dynamicsand Power BI Skills (desirable)
- Experience of managing staff
- A relevant qualification in accountancy, statistics, economics, mathematics, management, or business subjects (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
