Financial Controller - 100% Remote

Ruby Group are looking for a Financial Controller to join a global business. Our client has seen turnover increase because of recent acquisitions, further growth is forecasted. A listing has secured a large amount of Funding. Reporting into the Group Finance Director.

Your key deliverables will be to support the Group Finance Director, on accounting, reporting in accordance with GAAP and IFRS. Assist in the annual budget and forecasting process, explaining variances. Responsible for the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, cashflow management, external audit. Maintain accounting policies and procedures. Oversee all reporting functions, responsible for producing timely, accurate, financial results in accordance with GAAP. This will include consolidations, variance analysis, and forecasts. You will drive a systems project, implementing a new accounting system. You will recruitment finance staff, ensuring a positive work environment has been created, one that nurtures the team encouraging organic growth. You will also liaise with Divisional Financial Controllers across multiple locations.

The Ideal applicant will have a professional qualification in either ACCA, CIMA, ACA with at least 3 years post qualified experience gained leading a finance team. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. The role is 100% Remote, however the team meet regularly for social events.
